In addition to his role at The Seltzer Group, Steve is also President and co-founder of Keystone CompControl, the nation’s largest network of Workers’ Compensation Specialists committed to helping employers reduce their total workers’ compensation expenses.

In addition, Steve has over 19 years of insurance experience. He serves as Vice President of The Seltzer Group – a recognized leader in risk management and safety programs, insurance, financial services, human resource services and employee benefit programs.  Steve has the expertise and knowledgeable staff necessary to bring about a level of change needed to produce the desired results.

The Seltzer Group is one of only 18 insurance agencies nationally that has been awarded Level 5 status by The Institute of WorkComp Professionals, and it was the co-recipient  of the Institute’s “WorkComp Professionals Agency of the Year” award in 2008 in recognition of its leadership and extraordinary accomplishments.

Steve is a Certified WorkComp Advisor, Certified Insurance Counselor and holds numerous other industry degrees and designations, as well as being a keynote speaker on various workers’ compensation related topics.
