The Seltzer Group Staff

Robert “Bob” Seltzer is the President of The Seltzer Group and a co-founder of Keystone CompControl. In addition, Bob is an executive board member of the Keystone Insurers Group Inc. where he also serves as their Vice President of Innovation and Education.

Bob is one of only 18 nationwide, Level-5 members of the Institute of WorkComp Professionals, a national organization dedicated to helping clients achieve superior Workers’ Compensation results. Operating at this level has enabled Bob and his team of workers’ compensation and safety experts to save businesses over $1,000,000 in 2006.   Bob is also a recognized speaker and seminar presenter for Keystone CompControl.

Bob earned his BA degree from the University of Pittsburgh and began his insurance career in 1974. He was voted PIA’s Agent of the Year and is a past board member of PIA of Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. In addition to his CIC (Certified Insurance Counselor) designation, Rob received his Certified Workers Comp Professional (CWCP) designation in 2010 and his Certified Human Resources Specialist (CHRS) designation in 2011. He was also recently designated CWCP (Certified WorkComp Professional).
