Frank has been with The Seltzer Group since 2006 and is a Vice President on the Commercial Lines side of the business. He has over 30 years of insurance experience in underwriting and insurance agency capacities. Frank is a graduate of the University of Delaware. In addition, Frank has received his CIC designation.
