Bruce earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Bloomsburg University in 1971 and began his professional career with the Seltzer Insurance Agency Inc. in 1972. He is a licensed agent in Pennsylvania and is licensed in numerous other states.

He received his Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 1980 and Certified Workers Compensation Advisor designation in 2005.

As Secretary-Treasurer of The Seltzer Group he oversees the day-to-day operation of the company but still enjoys helping clients protect their personal and business assets including their employees.

Always participating in continuing education courses, Bruce’s focus is workers’ compensation, employee benefits and land transportation.
