Prior to joining The Seltzer Group in 2007, Ann Marie held the position of Corporate Human Resources Manager for an international plastics manufacturer with as many as 450 employees on staff. Through this position Ann Marie not only grew as a human resource professional but gained a vast understanding in areas such as operations, finance, customer service, workers’ compensation and safety. She holds a degree in management and marketing from Lehigh Valley College, HR certificate from the National Association of Manufacturers, is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Advisor (CWCA) and received her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) national designation in 2007. She is also a licensed health and life producer.
